At the Annual Members' meeting January 19, quorom requirements having been met, three members were elected to the Oakbrook Townhouses Board: they were Bill Brown, Ken Karch, and Dennis Shuler. Brown and Shuler served on the Board in 2008; Karch joined the Board for the first time this year. Lois Agrelius chose not to run again. There remains one open Board seat.
At the Annual Members' Meeting, the proposed 2009 budget was approved.
Following the Annual Members' Meeting, the new Board met to elect its officers. Officers for 2009 are:
President - George Dunkle
Vice President - Darrel Stutesman
Secretary - Ken Karch
Treasurer - Mike McDonald
