                                        Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting

January 20, 2026

A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Oakbrook Townhouses was held January 20, 2026 at the Steilacoom Community Center, 2301 Worthington Street, Steilacoom, WA 98388, immediately following the Annual Members’ meeting.

A quorum being present of the current Board members, President Al Glamba called the Board meeting to order at 6:16 pm.

Board members attending were  Al Glamba, Dave Hamann, Ken Karch, and Jonathon Welsh. 

 Glamba reported the Board-approved budget for 2026 was ratified by the membership.  The 2025 Annual Meeting minutes were approved.  Glamba reported Marq Tillman had agreed to serve as a new Board member and was elected by the membership to that position. In addition, Glamba and Welsh, whose terms expired in 2026, were elected for three year terms ending in 2029.

Motions were made, seconded, and approved that Al Glamba be re-elected as President, Ken Karch be re-elected as Secretary and Treasurer, and Jonathan Welsh be elected as Vice-President. 

Glamba declared the 2026 officers to be:

President Al Glamba                                       Vice-President Jonathan Welsh

Secretary and Treasurer Ken Karch

Glamba reminded members that the next Board meeting will be held at the Lakewood Public Library, 10202 Gravelly Lake Drive SW, Tacoma, WA 98499 on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, starting at 4:00 PM

There being no further business, a motion and second to adjourn was made and passed. Glamba adjourned the meeting at 6:21 PM.
